An offer Burma can't refuse
At least 30,000 people died in Burma. The U.N. estimates that the total could get up to 100,000. The number of people that could die from disease and starvation could reach 2 million. At first the military junta that runs Burma said they would not allow help from other countries. Houndreds of aid workers have been denied visas.
